Chastleton Bench - Reclaimed Teak, Natural

The attractive and durable Chastleton Bench is the perfect choice for any garden, decking or patio to provide a place to sit in the sun. Seating up to three people, the classic design has an eye-catching back and arm rests for added comfort. Crafted from Teak it is designed to last a lifetime. The natural rustic aesthetic with tawny brown hues will mellow with age to a soft grey finish. Each bench is carefully handmade and the exquisite markings and textures are a characteristic of this material. To prolong its life, we recommend using a Teak Oil initially and again each summer. Fully assembled, it is ready to place and enjoy straight away. Built to withstand the elements, it is weatherproof for everyday outdoor living. To keep it looking its best, we recommend using a protective cover or storing it under cover through harsher weather and winter months.

As part of the weathering process, cracks and splits will appear on your furniture, particularly on the end grain and to a lesser extent on the surface within a few weeks. Don’t be alarmed when you see this; this is normal behaviour with close-grain hardwoods.
