Its deep seat and back cushions are ones you can really sink into, and they're shower-proof for those all-too-frequent moments when the heavens open. The covers can be removed and popped in the washing machine when they need a clean. This armchair is made to a fantastic standard, solidly constructed from 100% FSC weatherproof acacia wood with antique brushed finishing. Its generous size gives it a luxurious feel, and it would be equally suited to keeping outside on the patio or taking indoors for a conservatory or living room. We recommend keeping the cushions somewhere dry over the winter, and covering the armchair if it is staying outside for prolonged periods of time. As part of the weathering process, cracks and splits will appear on your furniture, particularly on the end grain and to a lesser extent on the surface within a few weeks. Don’t be alarmed when you see this; this is normal behaviour with close-grain hardwoods.
