This weatherproof ottoman has plastic feet which prevents it from soaking up water when it's been raining, and the cushion cover can be removed when it needs cleaning. To keep it in great condition, we'd recommend covering it over winter or when it's left outside for prolonged periods. As part of the weathering process, cracks and splits will appear on your furniture, particularly on the end grain and to a lesser extent on the surface within a few weeks. Don’t be alarmed when you see this; this is normal behaviour with close-grain hardwoods.
